The walls of this lounge were painted with a gradiated finish, with the colour being darker at the bottom and gently lightening as you move up.
This is a very difficult but extremely effective finish which slowly creeps up on the viewer and often takes them by surprise. Another aspect to this project was the faux leather finish I painted on the fireplace. This matched the sofas perfectly and really tied the whole room together.
