This wacky mural with trompe l’oeil ripped paper was painted in a downstairs cloak room. The clients wanted something whimsical and fun that reminded them of their honeymoon in the Seychelles.
With this in mind I came up with the idea of creating the illusion of the wallpaper having been ripped away to reveal the view from their hotel at sunset
